Our team of highly qualified personnel has extensive experience working with adults as well as specialized training in using the SMT method. All staff complete a rigorous training program to ensure that clients receive superior quality in language training services. AFL requires that all teaching staff hold a university degree and are qualified to administer language programs in accordance with the Public Service Commission requirements.

Our recruitment procedures include an evaluation of the candidateâs pedagogical methodology, an intensive review of their educational and professional background and thorough training in the SMT, LTM and FOD methods. We only select instructors who exhibit a passion for teaching a foreign language.
